We are renting an apartment in Lovran in the Elite area, 160 m from the sea and Peharevo beach.

The apartment is about 90 m2, it is located on the ground floor of the building, it has two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with an exit to the terrace, a bathroom, a hallway. One bedroom also opens onto the terrace and garden.

Part of the garden with a pool also belongs to the apartment. In the 4th and 5th months, the pool can be used in agreement with the owner.

The apartment offers a wonderful view of the sea. The condition of the owner is that a person hired by the owner comes to clean the apartment once a month. Dogs of a smaller breed, trained to live in the apartment, are allowed. Children don't.

When entering the apartment, two deposits equal to the monthly rent are paid.
